Pickup/Drop-off Times
The pickup and drop-off times are located in your contract as the start and end times, or discussed with us and agreed upon ahead of time. These times are strict to prevent overlapping of clients. If no new time was agreed on, please refer to the contractual times.
Late Fees
DIYLuxe reserves the right to deduct late fees equal to a daily rental extension fee if the client does not meet their agreed pkckup and drop-off times. The amounts are 15-30% of rental value depending on the day of week.
Remaining Balance & Damage Deposit (complete before pickup)
The remaining balance is communicated via a message approx. 2 days from the pickup time. However, the amount is the rental amount minus the deposit. This must be paid any time BEFORE arrival for the pickup.
The damage deposit can be submitted up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
Vehicle Preparation
Depending on your kit, we have advised whether you need a small sedan (or larger) or a small SUV (or larger) to pick up your kit. All backseats must be flat and empty for the pickup. If you have a non-standard model, please inquire with us if it’s possible.
