However, there can be situations where we partner with a delivery company where they will do the delivery/pickup for us and will quote you separately and quickly.

No, we are strictly a DIY rental company.

The time period preferences are available in the booking form, but generally you can pick up night before or morning of, then return morning or night after your event.

Yes, we require a $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your rental. Before pickup, we also require you to fill out a credit card preauthorization via Stripe that puts a temporary pending hold of $500 on your card. This is returned once the kit is returned to us without any damage or missing items.

For any rentals advertised with balloons, a balloon kit and electric pump (rental) is provided. Most customers opt in for our pre-made balloon garland service where we pre-make the entire garland for you and you clamp it on yourself.

Nope! All our modern collection kits fit into a SUV/Van/Pickup Truck. Our classic kits fit into a midsized sedan as well. It is very important you come with the backseats fully folded down and cleared (no one should be sitting back there)!
